The composite is your calling card and your business card. It is mailed out to clients and left by models at the time of the interview. This mini-brochure displays two photos or more of the model and lists the name, vital statistics, and contact information.

Photos chosen from a mode's paid work, such as ads or fashion editorials, are especially impressive for the comp card.

Composites should be made yearly to reflect updated assignments. The cost varies with black/white or color and with quantity needed, with price breaks generally at 500 and 1000 pieces.

Slip a few of these in the back of your portfolio. You never know when a potential client will want to see what you can wear and how well you wear it!
