| A commercial often is a mini-drama.
It has a beginning, a middle and an ending. It usually sets up a problem
and solves the problem, and everyone "lives happily ever after".
When you read the script for a television commercial,
you must ask yourself:
What are they selling?
How does my character help sell
the product or service?
What is the overall mood? Is
it realistic, charming or broad comedy?
What does my character look like?
Where does the action take place?
In an office? An airport? A kitchen: Visualize the setting. |
