WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
• Working with narrative
design lead to build and refine voiceover scripts
• Write V/O scripts per
spec, incorporate feedback, provide script supervision and occasional voice
direction for live VO recording sessions
• Write and revise game
dialogue, working closely with lead writer, editor, producers, and game
design team to ensure that all gameplay requirements are met
• Integrate comments from
other writers, editors, designers, and development team members into various
revision drafts of material, working collaboratively as a member of a team
• Edit dialogue for other
shared writers as needed
• Draft additional dialogue
for multiple projects as needed
SKILLS YOU’LL NEED
• Silky smooth people/diplomatic
skills, highly collaborative, proven ability to work successfully in high-pressure
situations with tight deadlines
• No prima donnas or big
egos! Diplomacy and a passion for collaboration are essential for this
role
• Superior writing ability
including dialogue, major story beats, cinematics, and in-game text
• High level of flexibility
with regard to change in direction or rewrites.
