Devo has spent the last few months trying to sleep with the girl at the drive-thru window of Burger Barn and Mike just found out his girlfriend of three years has been cheating on him with a bus driver. To make matters worse, she took the dog too. Fed up with their meaningless jobs at Wally’s Wiener World and life in general, they decide to try their luck one more time as amateur wannabe runners for the Finnish mafia run by the notorious "Fin" aka the polar bear. The problem: The one and only previous job the two were finally entrusted with went terribly wrong. They robbed the wrong store, (the Fin’s brother’s store), and Devo shot him in the leg… by accident of course. To Devo’s credit, he would have never guessed the Fin’s brother was a black dude because "the Fin - he’s the fattest white guy I know". Rather than kill them on the spot, the Fin decides to give them one more chance (he never really liked his brother anyway) and Mike and Devo are given a job that appears to be a simple and straightforward task – deliver a briefcase containing an unidentified object to a specific address in Chicago within a week’s time. However, as soon as they leave with the package, word gets out to rival druglord Giovanni Strano that someone is trying to take over his turf and word also makes it to the FBI who have been tracking the Fin for quite some time and attempting to put him away for good. Mike and Devo are suddenly caught up in a whirl of Russian hitmen, local mafiosos, Swedish con-women, and one very mysterious suitcase that really quickly becomes a serious pain in the ass...
