CONTRACT AND COPY REGULATIONS
1) Rate subject to change upon
notice from MY Entertainment WORLD - Online &
1esource. Advertising will be billed at rates then prevailing. Advertiser
will be short-rated or credited, if within their 12 issue contract period
they use an amount of space or number of insertions that earn a rate different
from the rate at which they have been billed.
2) Contracts must be bona-fide and must
specify a contract year and the number of insertions to be used. Two or
more advertisers are not permitted to use space under the same contract.
3) MY Entertainment
WORLD - Online & 1esource, reserves the right to hold advertiser
and/or its advertising agency jointly and severally liable for such monies
as are due and payable to MY Entertainment WORLD
- Online & 1esource.
4) MY Entertainment
WORLD - Online & 1esource, reserves the right at any time and
for any reason to decline any advertising copy and to cease further publication
of any advertising without rate penalty to the advertiser. 5) MY
Entertainment WORLD - Online & 1esource, shall in no event be
liable for failure to publish advertising when specified by the advertiser,
provided that if no advertising is published online, any charge therefore
received by
MY Entertainment WORLD - Online &
1esource, shall be refunded.
6) MY Entertainment
WORLD - Online & 1esource's liability for any error shall not
exceed the cost of the space occupied.
7) All advertisement are accepted and
published online by MY Entertainment WORLD - Online
& 1esource, on the representation that the advertiser and/or
advertising agency are properly authorized to publish the entire contents
and subject matter thereof. It is understood that the advertiser
and/or advertising agency will indemnify and save MY
Entertainment WORLD - Online & 1esource, harmless from and against
any loss, expense, or other liability resulting from any claims or suits
for liable violation of right of privacy, plagiarism, copy right infringement
and any other claims or suits that may arise out of the publication of
such advertisement online.
8) Cancellation policy: should advertiser
cancel for any reason, all refund will be made according to the following
policy: A. All monies will be refunded if advertiser cancels within
three (3) business days of this agreement. B. Cancellations will
not be accepted after closing date and none may be considered executed
unless acknowledged in writing by MY Entertainment
WORLD - Online & 1esource. C. All cancellations must
be made in person or by certified mail postmarked according to above specified
policy. D. Refunds will be made within thirty (30) days of request.
Any expenses incurred by MY Entertainment WORLD -
Online & 1esource, before notification received will not be
refunded.
9) MY Entertainment
WORLD - Online & 1esource, will not become liable for error
in key numbers.
10) MY Entertainment
WORLD - Online & 1esource, will not be bound by conditions printed
or appearing on order blanks or copy instructions which conflict with provisions
of this rate.
11) All verbal instructions regarding
contractor insertions must be confirmed in writing.
12) The word "advertisement" will be
placed with copy which in MY Entertainment WORLD
- Online & 1esource, opinion resembles editorial matter.
13) All contest or sweepstakes and copy
must be submitted for approval one (1) week before closing date.
14) MY Entertainment
WORLD - Online & 1esource, reserves the right to request any
advertiser to submit literature and/or merchandise prior to acceptance
of advertisement. Also MY Entertainment WORLD - Online
& 1esource, reserves the right to reject or cancel any advertising
for any reason at any time. Plus MY Entertainment
WORLD - Online & 1esource, reserves the right to alter Classified
copy to conform with the provisions of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act
of 1964, as amended.
15) Any advertising errors must be reported
to MY Entertainment WORLD - Online & 1esource,
upon the publication online of the first issue in which the advertisement
is scheduled to appear. MY Entertainment WORLD -
Online & 1esource, will not be responsible, nor will credits
be given, for advertising error not reported after publication online of
the first issue.
16) Advertiser’s property, artwork,
etc are held at owners’ risk and should be insured by them for loss or
damage from any cause. MY Entertainment WORLD - Online
& 1esource, reserves the right to destroy artwork or photographs
which have not appeared in their Websites within the previous twelve months.
17) MY Entertainment
WORLD - Online & 1esource, shall not be subject to any liability
for losses incurred by advertiser for any failure to publish online or
circulate all or any part of any issue or issues because of strikes, work
stoppages, hardware failure, computer mistakes, accident, fire, act of
God, or any circumstances not within the control of MY
Entertainment WORLD - Online & 1esource.
18) These conditions and all other express
terms of the contract shall be governed and construed in accordance with
the Laws of USA.

of presentation. MY Entertainment WORLD - Online
& 1esource reserves the right to reject any objectionable advertisement.

When space is contracted and copy or art instructions
have not been received by MY Entertainment WORLD
- Online & 1esource’s advertising deadline, a previous advertisement
will be repeated or space will be forfeited at the discretion of the Publisher.
Miscellaneous: All material not called for after
six months will be destroyed.
